Fantastic stay, as always. Family-friendly hotel, location absolutely perfect really close to the center, pleasantly surprised by outstandingly accommodating staff and family atmosphere. Exceptionally comfortable bed and reasonably large and fine rooms. An electric kettle and a flat-screen TV with satellite channels were nice.

The location is marvellous, close enough to Kingston train station, and the River, we enjoyed it. Great nearby places include the Galvanisers Union, we usually had drinks there.
